The Jockey Club College of Veterinary Medicine and Life Sciences (JCC) at City University of Hong Kong is pleased to announce the expansion of its Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVM) Partner Practice Network into Guangzhou through new collaborations with veterinary hospitals in the city.
The newly joined partner hospitals are:
- Inuoer Pet Hospital
- Norsch International Animal Hospital
- Leader Exotic Animal Hospital
- Guangzhou Ainuo Blessing Animal Hospital
- Guangzhou Petstar Animal Hospital Eye Center
- Guangzhou Leader Animal Hospital
These new partnerships further strengthen JCC's commitment to providing high-quality clinical training opportunities for veterinary students.
Together with JCC's existing network of more than 40 partner practices in Hong Kong, the Guangzhou hospitals will offer elective Extra-Mural Studies (EMS) placements for final-year BVM students. Through these placements, students will gain valuable hands-on clinical experience while broadening their understanding of veterinary practice within the Greater Bay Area.
The expanded network will provide students with access to a wider range of clinical cases, practice settings and professional expertise, enriching their learning experience and supporting their professional development as future veterinarians.
JCC looks forward to working closely with its partners in Guangzhou to advance veterinary education, strengthen regional collaboration and help nurture the next generation of veterinary professionals.
