‘Centre for Applied One Health Research and Policy Advice’ welcomes two new staff members

The Centre for Applied One Health Research and Policy Advice welcomed two new staff members recently.

Dr. Fiona Kong joined the Centre as a Research Fellow. She has a PhD in Public Health/Epidemiology from the University of Queensland and her main interest is in infectious disease epidemiology, especially emerging zoonotic diseases.

Dr Wendy Kwok is a veterinarian and has an MSc in One Health from the Royal Veterinary College in London. She is employed as a Senior Research Associate and will conduct veterinary epidemiological research and provide teaching support for the One Health aspects of the new Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine programme.
