A PhD or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Data Science/Statistics/Information System/Management/Law/Computational Social Sciences, or a closely related field, with no more than 3 years’ experience after the award of a PhD degree.
High analytical and methodological skills, excellent English writing skills, ability to work independently within a team, and excellent communication skills are required. Programming skills and practical experience with leading machine learning frameworks are desired. Experience and/or interest in applications of AI to management, policy or law, and track record in research project and journal publication would be an advantage.
