Research Assistant (Business Data Analytics) in the Department of Marketing (Appointment for 12 months with possibility of extension) [Ref. B/R/1243/09]

Duties

Undertake a variety of research tasks related to consumer decision science and business data analytics (e.g. conduct research, data collection and analysis, literature review, and report writing with text and graphics), and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Master’s degree in Marketing/Data Engineering/Business Analytics or related disciplines, with no more than a total of 6 years of service at the University;
2. Knowledge of and experience in data analysis using Python, R, or SPSS;
3. Knowledge about business, marketing;
4. Good command of written and spoken English and ability to communicate in either Cantonese or Mandarin; and
5. Being hard-working, responsible and detail-orientated.
