Executive Assistant in the Communications and Institutional Research Office (Appointment for 12 months) [Ref. D/R/171/09]

Duties

  1. Provide administrative and clerical support;
  2. Assist in data input and verification;
  3. Handle enquiries from both internal and external parties; and
  4. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director or her delegates.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ post-qualification working experience;
  2. Self-motivation with a strong sense of responsibility, a proactive work attitude, and attention to details;
  3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  4. Good numerical skills; and
  5. Proficiency in using MS Office applications (including Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint) are required.
  6. Experience in using MS Excel for data verification and analysis would be an advantage.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
