Executive Officer in the Jockey Club College of Veterinary Medicine and Life Sciences (Appointment to 30 June 2023) [Ref. C/R/462/09]

 

Duties

  1. Provide administrative support for teaching and learning activities of the Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine (BVM) programme;
  2. Organise the process of developing accreditation reports and visit planning;
  3. Collect, compile and analyse data and reporting materials for the purposes of accreditation and BVM programme reviews;
  4. Provide administrative and secretarial support for committees/meetings; and
  5. Perform any other duties as assigned.


Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years' relevant working experience. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal, technical, critical and analytical skills with a flexible and creative approach to problem solving; and strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently to meet tight timelines are required.  Prior experience in tertiary education institutions will be an advantage.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience.  Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
