Special Grant for Student Support Services in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic – Support Area 1: Counselling Services - Cyber-bullying related Support and Counselling Services
Provide professional counselling service regarding cyberbullying. The appointees will be responsible for conducting assessments and case intervention, and providing psychological support for students and staff involved in cyberbullying. Besides, they will contribute their expertise and experience in handling cyberbullying by designing and conducting training workshops for students and academic staff.
A Master’s degree in Counselling/Social Work or related disciplines, with at least 5 years’ post-qualification working experience, plus relevant professional qualification. Specific work experience in counselling cyberbullying cases and training background in cyberbullying areas are preferred. Candidates must be professionally trained to provide counselling service; preferably with experience in conducting workshops and talks on cyberbullying areas. They must have good communication and interpersonal skills with students and speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin; should be committed, mature and enthusiastic in creating a healthy campus climate through professional counselling service.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
