Clerical Officer I/II in the School of Law (Appointment for 18 months) [Ref. B/R/1231/09]

 

Duties

Perform a wide range of clerical duties in support of the School’s academic programme, including admission matters, daily operation of the programme, support to students and Course Leaders; assist in organising conferences/events; and perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics with at least 2 years’ relevant experience. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good organisational and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese Word-processing, and experience in using online meeting tools such as Zoom and Tencent Meeting are required. Preference will be given to candidates who are good team players with substantial experience in programme support, student servicing and event support.

Candidates with at least 6 years’ relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Clerical Officer I.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
