Visiting Fellow in the Department of Management (Appointment for 12 months with possibility of extension) [Ref. B/R/1332/09]

Duties

  1. Teach courses in the following areas at both undergraduate and Master levels:
    • HR and Personnel Management
    • ESG and Corporate Social Responsibilities
    • Innovation and Entrepreneurship
    • Leadership
    • International Business
    • Strategic Management
  2. Help develop and promote effective teaching, learning, and assessment methods;
  3. Provide academic and extra-curricular support and advice to students;
  4. Participate actively in student-related activities for student development; and
  5. Help with department-wide recruitment, interview, and promotion of undergraduate and graduate programmes.

Requirements

A PhD/MPhil/MSc degree in Management or related areas, preferably with at least 3 years of quality teaching experience in Management or related areas at university level. Fluency in English is required.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Terms of appointment will be based on the current visiting remuneration package.
