Celebrating School of Law Faculty Promotions
The School is pleased to announce the recent promotions of our distinguished faculty members, effective from 1 July, 2025:
Prof LIN Feng, Dean of School of Law, has been promoted to Chair Professor.
Prof LIN has demonstrated exceptional leadership since his appointment as Dean of the School in 2023. He is concurrently the director of the Centre for Judicial Education and Research cum Identification of Hong Kong Law (JERI), continues to make significant contributions to the development of Chinese judges programmes and assists mainland Chinese courts in the Greater Bay Areas in identification of Hong Kong law.
Prof Lauren Yu-Hsin LIN, a leading scholar in corporate law and governance, has been promoted to the rank of full Professor.
Prof LIN is committed to academic excellence and her work appears in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Legal Studies and the Journal of Empirical Legal Studies. She is also the Associate Editor of the International Review of Law and Economics, and President of the Asian Law and Economics Association (AsLEA).
Ms Josefina BAUTISTA, programme associate director of our Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) programme, has been promoted to Senior Teaching Consultant.
Ms BAUTISTA is an expert in project finance, corporate fundraising, and private M&A. Her 15 years of experience enrich students with practical insights and industry-relevant guidance.

法律學院欣然宣佈以下教職員獲得擢升，自2025年7月1日起生效：
法律學院院長林峰教授晉升為講座教授。
林教授自2023年出任法律學院院長以來，展現出卓著的領導能力。他同時擔任司法教育與研究暨香港法律查明中心（JERI）主任，持續在中國法官課程發展和協助大灣區法院的香港法律查明工作做出重大貢獻。
林郁馨教授晉升為教授。
林教授致力追求卓越學術研究，其研究發表在國際知名期刊，包括《Journal of Legal Studies》和《Journal of Empirical Legal Studies》。她同時身任《國際法律與經濟學評論》副主編，以及亞洲法經濟學學會（AsLEA）會長。
Josefina BAUTISTA女士晉升為Senior Teaching Consultant。
BAUTISTA女士是法學專業證書（PCLL）課程副主任。她擅長專案融資、企業融資和私人併購等領域。她15年的經驗為學生提供了豐富的實務見解和行業相關的指導。
