Notes:
1. Registration is required and must be completed before the registration deadline of each activity.
2. Registration is processed on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Priorities will be given to students who have not successfully secured a place in any SGS Student Engagement Activity this semester.
3. A confirmation email will be sent to your CityUHK email account upon successful registration. The email will include details of the activity you have been accepted into and instructions for paying a deposit to secure your enrolment.
4. A follow-up email will be sent within three days after your deposit payment has been received. The deposit will be fully refunded after you participate in the activity.
5. Due to limited places, walk-in participants will not be accepted.
6. The final decision on all arrangements rests with SGS.
