Introduction

We are delighted to welcome you to the Advances in Biomedicine Symposium 2026, a special 3-day symposium marking the first anniversary of the College of Biomedicine (CBM) at the City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK). From 7 to 9 January 2026, we gather to celebrate a year of growth, collaboration and discovery — and to look ahead to an exciting future.

Through lectures, poster sessions and open dialogue, we hope to bring together voices from across disciplines and around the world. We invite you to join us in celebrating this meaningful milestone and in shaping the journey ahead.
