Congratulations to CHEM PhD student Mr. Zhiqin Deng. He won the "JingQing Chemistry Spark Prize" (菁青化学星火奖) from the Chinese Chemical Society.

"JingQing Chemistry Spark Prize" is one of the highest prizes for PhD students in China from the Chinese Chemical Society, and every year only around 10 prizes are awarded so it is extremely competitive. Mr. Deng is the first awardee from Hong Kong in history.
