Dr. Alicia An’s research group in the School of Energy and Environment (SEE) at City University of Hong Kong has proposed a novel membrane distillation (MD) system for the efficient treatment and sustainable treatment of textile wastewater.

Dr. Yun Hau Ng’s latest review paper, titled “Heterogeneous photocatalysts: an overview of classic and modern approaches for optical, electronic, and charge dynamics evaluation” was recently published in Chemical Society Reviews -- a leading journal in the discipline of chemistry and chemical engineering with impact factor of 40.182.

On 30 January 2019, a group of 25 undergraduates from Zhejiang University visited the School of Energy and Environment (SEE). The undergraduate students, led by Professor Yang HOU, Professor from College of Chemical and Biological Engineering of Zhenjiang University, attended two sharing sessions offered by SEE faculty members and also toured a teaching laboratory. The visit served as a platform cultivating knowledge sharing.
