2007學位頒授典禮──頒授榮譽博士學位
香港城市大學（城大）2007學位頒授典禮將於11月6日至15日舉行。大學副監督梁乃鵬博士將於11月8日下午舉行的第六節典禮中，頒授榮譽博士學位予下列四位傑出人士：
長江製衣有限公司創辦人兼主席陳瑞球博士──榮譽社會科學博士學位
諾貝爾獎得主Claude Cohen-Tannoudji教授──榮譽理學博士學位
著名藝人汪明荃小姐──榮譽文學博士學位
香港合和實業有限公司主席、城大校董會前主席胡應湘爵士──榮譽社會科學博士學位
此外，兩名傑出的應屆畢業生將於典禮前接受傳媒訪問。她們是工商管理榮譽學士（金融）畢業生張璐及政策與行政榮譽社會科學學士畢業生關綺薇。張璐憑着對金融業的濃厚興趣及優異的表現，在過千名投考的畢業生中脫穎而出，成為著名跨國投資銀行的三名見習生之一；而關綺薇則擊敗超過1,500名對手，成為香港機場管理局今年聘請的四名行政見習生之一。她們將會分享城大的優質教育如何幫助她們踏上青雲路。

Media representatives are kindly requested to note the following when covering the Congregation:
出席學位頒授典禮的傳媒代表敬請注意以下事項：
1. There will be two media zones inside the Hall. One of them will be at the back of the Hall, facing the centre of the stage for covering a wider angle. It could accommodate TV crews and photographers using tripods for recording and photography. Another small-scale media zone at the right hand side of the stage could only accommodate media representatives using handheld video recorders and cameras. Media representatives are requested to stay in one of the designated areas until the end of the event, and would not be allowed to move between the two media zones during the ceremony.
會場內設有兩個傳媒採訪區。位於會場後方的採訪區面向台中，可供電視台及報章記者配備腳架拍攝；另一個採訪區則設於台側右方，只可供使用手提攝錄機或相機拍攝。傳媒代表請留在已選定的採訪區內，直至典禮完結為止，期間不能在兩個採訪區之間走動。
2. Telephoto lens is recommended for taking photos in the Hall.
請帶備長鏡方便拍攝典禮過程。
