President Boey pointed out in his address that the four honorary doctorates have contributed to CityU, and humbly thanked and welcomed the four recipients on behalf of everyone at CityU and the people of Hong Kong.

“Conferring them with our honorary doctoral awards both recognise these contributions and help position CityU as an academic institution with a glowing international reputation. This enable us to reach the next level as a global university for the benefit of the young people in Hong Kong and the region,” he said.
