The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) has appointed Dr. Christopher TO, Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (LLMArbDR) Programme Director of CityUHK School of Law, as a non-official Director of its Board for a term of two years, effective from 1 September 2025. The FDRC is established to administer financial dispute resolution scheme in an independent and impartial manner, offering affordable alternative avenue for resolving monetary disputes between individuals and financial institutions.
