Welcoming ceremony for the fourth batch of LLM Chinese judges to CityU
The fourth batch of Chinese judges for the Master of Law (LLM) programme will commence studies in City University of Hong Kong (CityU) in early January (2012). At the same time, the third batch will be completing the one-year study programme. A welcoming and graduation ceremony will be held on 6 January 2012 to mark the twin occasions.
The School of Law (SLW) at CityU has successfully run the LLM Programme for Chinese Judges for three consecutive years. The Chinese judges have greatly benefited from SLW’s extended global linkages with universities and institutions worldwide. The programme includes a one-month intensive study course in Columbia University in the US, a visit to Korea University in South Korea and a study tour to Geneva and Vienna.
