City University of Hong Kong (CityU) Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma Installation Ceremony and First Induction Ceremony will be held tomorrow (26 November). Two Chapter Honouree Awards will be conferred upon Dr Joseph Yam Chi-Kong, GBS, JP, Chief Executive, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and Dr Liu Changle, JP, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Phoenix Satellite Television Company.
Professor Wei and Dr Stevens will meet the media before the ceremony to share their views on the development of the Faculty of Business. In addition, Ms Chan Pik-ha and Mr Yang Yang, inaugural members of the CityU Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma, will discuss how their Faculty of Business studies shaped their career.
Ms Chan, CEO of Lippo Securities Ltd., is a CityU EMBA student and has been working in the securities and finance industry for nearly 20 years. Mr Yang is a First Class Honours graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Electronic Commerce in 2008. He has received five appointment letters from international corporations, including IBM, and is now a consultant of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
