CBM MSc Programmes Online Talk at Gter Draws Strong Interest from Prospective Students

The College of Biomedicine successfully hosted an online promotional talk on 5 November 2025 via Gter, one of the most influential platforms for postgraduate study in Chinese Mainland. The session aimed to introduce CBM’s three master’s programmes: MSc in Biomedical Engineering (MSBME), MSc in Health Sciences and Management (MSHSM), MSc in Neuroscience (MSN).

The event attracted over 1,000 live viewers, reflecting strong interest from prospective students eager to learn more about further study opportunities in CBM.

The talk began with a welcome by Prof. LAU Chun Yue Geoffrey, Associate Dean (Postgraduate Education), who shared the College’s vision and mission. Programme highlights were then presented by Prof. WANG Lidai, Prof. WANG Li, and Prof. HU Zhitao, who elaborated on the curriculum, unique features and application requirements of each programme.

The session concluded with a live Q&A segment, where participants actively interacted with faculty members. The audience raised enthusiastic questions about course content, research opportunities and career pathways.
