CBM Research Sharing Session on Competitive Grant Applications

On 16 September 2025, the College of Biomedicine (CBM) launched the first Research Sharing Session at the HKIAS Lecture Theatre. Chaired by Prof. XU Chenjie, Associate Dean (Research), the session brought together CBM research track faculty and postdoctoral fellows to exchange insights and strategies for securing competitive research grants, including ECS, GRF, RIF, CRF, RAISe+ Scheme. The event was aimed at preparing CBM faculty members for future grant applications.

The session featured short presentations and Q&A discussions by Prof. Yung Wing-Ho (NS), Prof. Chen Chia-Hung (BME), Prof. Zhang Liang (BMS), Prof. Zhang Qinrong (BME), and Prof. Zheng Zongli (BMS), each sharing personal experiences and practical tips on grant writing and application processes. With over 30 attendees actively participating, the session provided a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and fostering a collaborative research culture within CBM.
