Introduction

Integrated Enrichment Programme comprises a wide range of co-curricular activities and training that are tailored for SEE undergraduate students. Through the programme, students will be exposed to not only summer study tours and regular student exchange, industry-ready internship, but also professional training in leadership, presentation skills, business etiquette, business communication, and so on. The series of co-curricular activities organized by SEE every year aims to equip our students to be all-round professionals who possess skillsets highly sought after by the job market.

Industry-ready Training

  • Industry-ready Programme: Launched by SEE, in collaboration with industry partners (i.e. Building Services Operation and Maintenance Executives Society and Hong Kong Green Building Council), to provide training in retro-commissioning. The scope of training will be expanded to cover BEAM affiliate, WELL and other necessary skills.
  • Career Training Workshops in interview and resume writing.

Professional Networking

  • SEE Dialogue with Professionals: It serves as an unique networking platform between professionals in energy and environmental fields and our students. Through the talks, students could understand more about the businesses in Hong Kong and the way to establish their careers.

Self-development

  • Industrial Mentorship Programme: It allows students to be mentees of experienced leaders from energy- and environmental-related industries. Mentors will advise mentees on various matters related to career preparation and university life. The experience that students can learn from the mentors is most valuable.

  • SEE Student Ambassador Programme: It gathers a group of enthusiastic students from SEE family. These ambassadors are responsible for moderating SEE events and seminars, as well as to promote SEE to public. Their role is indispensable to the visibility of SEE.
