The maximum capacity of LT-1 is 300. In the case of overflow, freshmen will be accommodated in LT-5 or other designated venues to watch the live event.

In the event that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, the orientation programme will be postponed to 27 August 2026 Thursday unless otherwise specified above.
