Welcome to SCM, a hub for budding creative talents!
The School of Creative Media (SCM) at City University of Hong Kong is an international hub for discovery and innovation in Asia where art and technology meet. Mentored in state-of-the-art studios by an internationally renowned faculty, students learn the skills they need to become creative masters of the digital tools and media that define our lives.
The Student Orientation 2026 for undergraduate students (including BA Creative Media, BAS New Media, BSc Creative Media, and BDSCM undeclared major), as well as the Master of Fine Arts in Creative Media (MFACM), will be conducted in person. The orientation for the Master of Arts in Creative Media (MACM) will be conducted via Zoom.
In the event of Typhoon Signal Pre-No. 8 or above or a Rainstorm Black Warning being hoisted, the University / School Orientation Programmes on 26 August 2026 will be postponed to Friday, 28 August 2026. The schedules will remain unchanged.
