CityU welcomes Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association delegation
A 40-member delegation from the Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association (HKPSEA) visited state-of-the-art facilities at the Run Run Shaw Creative Media Centre (CMC) during a visit to City University of Hong Kong (CityU) on 2 May. The delegation was led by Mr Herman Hu Shao-ming, Past President of HKPSEA and CityU Council Chairman.
The delegates said they were impressed by the CMC, a striking building for CityU and a focal point for the development of creative art in Asia, and by the innovative art exhibition titled “Pure Land: Inside the Mogao Grottoes at Dunhuang” which was organised by the School of Creative Media (SCM).
Professor Jeffrey Shaw, Dean of SCM, Professor Jan Servaes, Head of the Department of Media and Communication (COM), and Dr He Zhou, Associate Head of COM, were on hand to meet the delegation and introduce aspects of the University to the visitors.
