Ms Irene Chow is the Director of DSL Investments Limited, Chow Mun Sum Tong Foundation and The Legal Education Fund. Before retiring to a smaller local family office, Ms Chow had over 25 years of investment experience spanning different multinational banks with a speciality in portfolio management. Ms Chow graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Believing in giving back to society, Ms Chow plays an active role in many public services. She is currently a board member of the Airport Authority Board, a member of the Independent Commission Against Corruption's Advisory Committee on Corruption and a Committee Member of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong. Chow Mun Sum Tong Foundation is a family charitable fund that supports education and elderly service. In her spare time, Ms Chow has a passion in street running and trail hiking, she combines overseas marathon and travelling together as a hobby.
