Summer Programme on Hong Kong Legal System for Visiting Students 2026
A cohort of 35 students from non-local tertiary institutions completed the Summer Programme on Hong Kong Legal System for Visiting Students 2026 (“Programme”) hosted by the CityUHK School of Law, from 27 July to 14 August 2026.
Supported by the Department of Justice and Hong Kong International Legal Talents Training Academy, the Programme welcomed students from across the Chinese Mainland, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
Bringing together perspectives from both civil law and common law jurisdictions, the Programme fostered dynamic cross-cultural legal exchange while offering students an in-depth study of the HKSAR’s unique constitutional framework under "One Country, Two Systems." Participants gained valuable insights through interactive lectures led by School of Law faculty members and legal practitioners.
In addition to academic coursework, participants in the enrichment track engaged in site visits to key legal organisations, including the Legislative Council, the High Court, the Court of Final Appeal, the Department of Justice, and the Independent Commission Against Corruption, gaining firsthand exposure to the HKSAR’s legal operations.

由香港城市大學法律學院主辦的「Summer Programme on Hong Kong Legal System for Visiting Students 2026」已於2026年7月27日至8月14日圓滿結束，共吸引35名來自非本地大專院校的學生參與。
本屆課程獲得律政司及香港國際法律人才培訓學院的支持，迎來來自中國內地、比利時、法國、德國、愛爾蘭、葡萄牙、西班牙及英國的學生。課程匯聚民法法系與普通法系的學生，促進了跨文化的法律觀點交流，並讓學員深入探討「一國兩制」下香港特別行政區所呈現的獨特憲制框架。學員們在法律學院教師及業界法律專家的互動教學中，獲益良多。
除課堂學習外，參加體驗方向（enrichment track）的學員更實地走訪了多個重要法律機構，包括立法會、高等法院、終審法院、律政司及廉政公署，親身了解香港特別行政區法律體系的實際運作。
