Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat (Copilot) is an AI-powered assistant that can help us draft, summaries, analyze, and transform content more efficiently. It supports our day-to-day work such as email and document writing, meeting follow-ups, and creating presentations while improving consistency and productivity.

Key Features

• Content drafting and rewriting: Supports drafting emails, messages, reports, and general text, as well as improving tone, clarity, and grammar for existing content.
• Learning and problem solving support: Explains concepts, walks through reasoning steps, and assists with learning tasks such as coding logic, data understanding, and general analysis.
• Responsible AI usage with data protection.

All staff members and students can use Copilot through the Microsoft 365 Copilot Portal site.

For staff members who want full in-app Copilot experience with Microsoft 365 apps, advanced capabilities like Researcher and Notebook, a Copilot Add-on subscription is required. The license could be purchased individually. Please refer to the General FAQs for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
