Nine teams from the College of Science received awards at the 51st International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva.

CityUHK Science Patent Challenge 2025-26 came to a climax with the Final Pitch on 14 March. This is the very first time that a Macau team participated and reached the Final. Congratulations to the Heep Yunn School team for winning the Gold Award and Best Presentation Award!

Students from the College of Science recently visited two industry partners—BIEL Crystal on 6 February and Ka Shui Group on 6 March 2026.

As one of the inaugural cohort of 12 students to receive a scholarship from CityUHK to pursue their master’s degrees at Cambridge, Luo Zhihao is undertaking a Research Master’s degree in the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy at Cambridge.

CSCI management team met with FHKI delegation on 26 February, exchanging views on strengthening industry-academia-research cooperation and nurturing talents.

Professor Xin Wang, Dean of the College of Science (CSCI), and Professor Kenneth Leung Mei-yee, Associate Dean (Outreach and Internationalisation) of CSCI, attended the APAIE 2026 as CityUHK representatives.
