From 28 to 30 January 2026, the Department of Biomedical Sciences (BMS) at City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK) hosted a three-day academic visit for a delegation of 22 students and two staff members from Wenzhou Medical University (WMU).
The visit began with a welcome session and programme overview, followed by tours of the CityUHK campus, library and BMS laboratories. The visiting students gained first-hand academic experience by attending undergraduate classes in Clinical Chemistry and Cell Biology, while the delegation also attended a specialised seminar.
The programme concluded with laboratory demonstrations and interactive hands-on activities, giving the visiting students an opportunity to explore BMS’s teaching and research facilities and engage with BMS faculty and technical staff. The visit provided a valuable platform for academic exchange and further strengthened the connection between BMS and WMU.
