Registration Fees

1. Reduced (till June 9^th)

• Full Symposium Registration (10^th-14^th June 2021): HK$500

2. Standard (till June 14^th)

• Full Symposium Registration (10^th-14^th June 2021): HK$1,000

3. Walk-in (June 10^th-14^th)

• One-day (in-person) Symposium Pass: HK$200

4. Students

• Full Symposium Registration (10^th-14^th June 2021): HK$200

• One-day (in-person) Symposium Pass: HK$100

Remarks:

1. ALL CONFERENCE SPEAKERS AND ARTISTS MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE BY 1^ST APRIL 2021 (23:59 HK time). Those who fail to register for the conference by April 1^st will not be included in the conference programme.

2. Payment of registration fees (in Hong Kong dollars) can be made by Credit Card through our Online Payment Gateway. Only Visa or MasterCard are accepted.

3. Symposium fee for in-person participants includes light lunches, coffee breaks, symposium materials and symposium proceedings.

4. It is expected that at least one author attends the Symposium to present the accepted paper / abstract / proposal. Author(s) and artist(s) of the accepted paper / abstract / proposal / art project must register, pay the registration fee and personally present the paper / abstract / proposal / artwork at the Symposium.

5. Reduced rate applies to CityU Staff, SCM Industry Partners and Participants from countries on World Bank's list of countries with low & lower middle incomes.

6. By registering for the Student Rate, you are certifying that you are currently enrolled full-time or graduating in August 2021. Proof of student status is required to confirm the Student Rate at the registration desk. The proof of student status consists of a valid student ID card or a letter from the institution’s registrar verifying the current status of the student/graduate.

7. There will be no refund on cancellation after successful registration.

8. Request for changes to symposium registration must be made in writing with justifications to smiscma@cityu.edu.hk and received no later than Tuesday, 1^st June 2021 at 10:00am (HK Time).

9. Delegates are not allowed to share a registration - one registration per delegate. Once an individual has checked in, the registration may not be transferred or substituted by another delegate.

10. Reduced, Standard and Students’ rates apply to participants joining the conference in-person or online.

11. The One-day Symposium Pass applies to in-person conference participation only. No online One-day Symposium Pass is available.

12. The organizing committee of Art Machines 2: International Symposium on Machine Learning and Art 2021 reserves the right of final decision.
