AA Link is an electronic bulletin especially for our Alumni Ambassadors, to keep them updated of latest university happenings and alumni events. Upon receipt of AA Link, Alumni Ambassadors are encouraged to pass it on to their CityU friends. Here are the tips for sharing news by AA Link:

1. Click the Facebook Send button, .
2. Select with whom, i.e. either by (a) group or (b) friends, you would like to share with.
(a)
Remarks: Create a Group named "CityU Alumni Group" and add all facebook friends from CityU into the Group. You can share the message to all of them in one go.
(b)
Remarks: Select individual friends one by one or by friend group.
3.Click “Send”.

1. Build your address book (almost once and for all, with occasional updates) : Add all email contacts of your CityU friends to a text file.
2. Copy the emails of your CityU friends from the file; paste them into the field.
3. Click “Send Now”.
