Telecommunications Opportunities Programme (TOP) is the job-creation scheme dedicated to the telecommunications industry, commissioned by the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau (CEDB) and administered by the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG), under the HKSAR Government’s Anti-epidemic Fund, with the aim of creating 12-month full-time jobs in the telecommunications sector for young people. The Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme under the HKSAR Government is launched. Participating enterprises would offer a monthly salary of not less than HK$18,000, and the graduates shall station in GBA to work and receive on-the-job training. Hong Kong residents holding bachelor degrees or above awarded by local or overseas universities/ tertiary institutions in 2019 to 2021 are eligible to join the Scheme. For details, please check HERE.
