Workshop for Taught postgraduate Students

This series of workshops aims to welcome Taught Postgraduate Degree students to return to university life and equip them with and assist them in further building on life skills useful to their academic success as well as in their personal lives and future careers. Workshops in this series varies from Semester to Semester. Taught Postgraduate “Mind Your Mental Health” Series: Taught postgraduate students face different stressors upon returning to the university for their postgraduate degree such as greater academic expectations and managing their career and/or family lives during studies. Workshops in this series aim at facilitating the understanding and enhancing the management of mental health during the postgraduate degree journey.
