Career Interests - Strong Interest Inventory (SII)

The Strong Interest Inventory (SII) is an inventory designed to help you identify your pattern of career interests. It compares your interests with those of professionals in various careers and identify work settings and occupations that may be satisfying to you. SII is a useful assessment for anyone who is unsure about their future career goals and is a useful way to begin the process of career planning.

Conflict Management - Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI)

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) assesses an individual’s behaviour in conflict situations. The TKI™ was created by Ralph Kilmann and Ken Thomas after extensive research into the behaviours which people display when they are interacting with others in demanding and difficult settings. The TKI model demonstrates that conflict resolution is a matter of expanding skill sets and choosing the most effective behaviours for a particular situation. Understanding your conflict management style and possible alternatives helps overcome the fear, anger, and frustration which you are likely to feel in conflict and leads to opportunities for constructive outcomes.

Emotional Intelligence - Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i)

The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) is an emotional intelligence test that examines your emotional and social strengths and weaknesses. It helps you to determine your present state of emotional well-being and potential for emotional health. Key EQ factors measured include: intrapersonal, interpersonal, stress management, adaptability and general mood.

Leadership Behaviour - Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI)

Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI) The Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI) is a comprehensive leadership development tool created by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner as part of the Student Leadership Challenge suite of programs to cultivate and liberate the leadership potential in everyone. It is created specially to help young people measure their leadership behaviours and take action to improve their effectiveness as student leaders.

Personality & Career- Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) indicates your personality preferences. It provides feedback on work settings or work situations where your personality type might be compatible with. Learning about your personality type will help you not only in career planning, decision making, but also in interpersonal communication.

Psychological Health - General Health Questionnaire (GHQ28)

The General Health Questionnaire (GHQ28) can help you assess your ability in normal daily functioning and detect problems early. Through this psychological assessment, you can gain insight into the possible obstacles hindering your development and find ways for personal growth.
