Elite-100 (E-100) is an intensive elite training directed at academically ambitious students keen to develop into high-calibre professionals and who aim to work for top-tier international corporations. Students will learn how to translate your ambition, values and potentials in the language of the job market via CV, job interview, how you dress and communicate. Experienced executive coaches will train up our young professionals and offer comprehensive career guidance. E-100 students will be groomed with precise knowledge of employer expectations and with confidence to face the rigorous recruitment and screening process of reputable and top-notch corporations for popular Management and Graduate Trainee positions and graduate entry roles.

 

Objectives

E-100 is a well-designed intensive career programme for proactive and self-driven penultimate and final year students to set them up for career success with a series of tailored and structured career enhancement trainings. Admitted students are well trained to -

  • Offer students the most latest job market updates of major banking & finance, property developers, conglomerates, FMCGs, FinTech, regulators & more;
  • Equip students with necessary know-how and skill-sets to thrive and surpass in recruitment campaigns especially online aptitude test, gamification/ game-based assessments, Assessment Centre, panel interviews and more;
  • Provide a concise and precise understanding to students on strategy, hiring timeline, interview process and assessments to maximize career options;
  • Build up sophisticated soft and technical skills, with strong industry insights that the job market strongly requires;
  • Meet the demanding entry requirements of popular Internship, Management Trainee, Graduate Trainee programmes and prominent entry level openings in Hong Kong

 

Eligibility

  • Target Student: Full-time Penultimate (Year 3) or Final-year, local & non-local undergraduates from all disciplines
  • cGPA: 3.0 or above
  • Requirements: Willing to step out of comfort zones, go extra miles, strike for career excellence, aim as a high flyer in career journey with can-do attitude, get a taste of current market landscape
  • Training Schedule: Jul - End of Dec 2024
  • Medium of instruction: English
  • Application Period: 26 Feb - 31 May 2024 (Ongoing admission interview)

All admitted students shall participate in an intensive series of customized career trainings to equip with the necessary professional soft and technical skills to get through the CV initial screening, online aptitude tests, Assessment Centres and panel interviews for internships, Management Trainee and/or Graduate Trainee in the market.

Required LinkedIn Learning

E-100 members shall obtain a decent LinkedIn profile, with a completion 2 courses from selected LinkedIn Learning areas, with digital certificates display on individual LinkedIn profile, after the programme ends by Dec 2024. More concrete details will be furnished upon students are well admitted into E-100. 

 

Programme Application

Application starts from 26 Feb 2024, ongoing admission interviews will be conducted. The E-100 application will close sharp on 31 May 2024 (11:59pm). Confirmation for newly admitted Elite 100 members will be relayed via email from March to June. 

Please complete the application form HERE. Advanced taking students who have NOT obtained any transcript from CityUHK, please submit the latest transcript of your previous institution.

 

Remarks

  • Please read thoroughly the terms & conditions, well understand the programme details especially the required training schedule before submitting application.
  • Application without the required supporting documents will NOT be considered.
  • Late or incomplete applications will NOT be considered.
  • Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for admission interview.
  • Students without hearing from CLC by late August may assume unsuccessful application.

 

Obligations

  • Students securing +60% of attendance rate will get a Normal Certificate; student with +90% attendance rate for the captioned training will obtain a Diamond Certificate.
  • Please note that the schedule and details provided above are tentative, and subject to changes due to the availability of venue and trainer.
  • For non-active users for eResource (online aptitude test, AI/ virtual video interview tools) within 2 months, CLC reserves the rights to de-activate the account users for better resource allocation.
