4. If you are unable to attend the booked session because of unforeseen reasons, you may transfer the booking permit to another eligible user of a similar status within the same institution. Please countersign at the back of the permit and include the name of the new user.
5. In case of bad weather, you are advised to check with the JSC booking counter (Tel: 27941168) before arrival.
