Judge Dr. Min Kyung Kim is a judge in Korea since 2010. During her career in the judiciary, she has presided over civil, commercial, and criminal cases.
Alvin is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, City University of Hong Kong. His research sits at the intersection of law, society, and technology. He’s interested in how legal concepts evolve in response to technological and social change, and how they remain shaped by ideology.

Samgat Yermekbaev is a legal expert and academic serving as the First Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Strategic Development at Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev, and a professor specializing in cybersecurity. He holds an LLM in International Investment and Business Law from The Pennsylvania State University, complemented by master’s degrees in International Law and Law from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Peoples' Friendship University of Russia.
