Outstanding Research Awards 2021

The winner of the Outstanding Research Award of this year is Prof Michael TSIMPLIS (Professor, School of Law, City University of Hong Kong). The title of Prof Tsimplis’ publication is “Environmental Norms in Maritime Law” (Edward Elgar Publishing, 2021).

Meanwhile, the award of Outstanding Research Award 2021 (Junior Faculty) goes to Dr JING Hui (Assistant Professor, School of Law, City University of Hong Kong). The title of his research article is “Enforcing Charitable Trusts: A Study on the English Necessary Interest Rule” (2021 Legal Studies).
