Congratulations to Dr. Christopher TO for his appointment to board of Financial Dispute Resolution Centre
The Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) has appointed Dr. Christopher TO, Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (LLMArbDR) Programme Director of CityUHK School of Law, as a non-official Director of its Board for a term of two years, effective from 1 September 2025.
The FDRC is established to administer financial dispute resolution scheme in an independent and impartial manner, offering affordable alternative avenue for resolving monetary disputes between individuals and financial institutions.

金融糾紛調解中心（調解中心）委任城大法律學院法學碩士(仲裁及爭議解決學)課程主任陶榮博士為調解中心的非官方董事。有關任期為兩年，由2025年9月1日起生效。
調解中心的成立目的，是獨立持平地管理金融糾紛調解計劃，藉以在訴訟以外提供費用相宜的途徑解決個人與金融機構之間的金錢糾紛。
