CCCL signs MOU with Durham University’s Global Policy Institute
The Centre for Chinese and Comparative Law (CCCL) of the School of Law, City University of Hong Kong (CityUHK), and the Global Policy Institute (GPI) of Durham University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 11th September 2025. Present at the signing ceremony were Professor LIN Feng, Dean and Chair Professor of Basic Law, CityUHK School of Law, Professor DU Ming, Co-Director of GPI, and Professor WANG Jiangyu, Director of CCCL.
Under the MOU, the two institutions will collaborate in areas such as scholar and researcher exchanges, joint research projects, and the sharing of publications. The signing marks an important step in strengthening international academic cooperation and fostering interdisciplinary research between the two universities.
香港城市大學法律學院中國法與比較法研究中心（Centre for Chinese and Comparative Law, CCCL）今日與英國杜倫大學全球政策研究所（Global Policy Institute, GPI）正式簽署合作備忘錄。出席簽署儀式的有香港城市大學法律學院院長、基本法講座教授林峰教授，英國杜倫大學GPI聯合主任杜明教授，以及香港城市大學法律學院CCCL主任王江雨教授。
根據合作備忘錄，雙方將在學者與研究人員互訪、學術研究合作以及出版物交流等方面展開合作。本次簽署標誌著兩校在深化國際學術合作與推動跨學科研究方面邁出了重要一步。
