Exchange Programme

You can choose from the three levels of exchange programme:

• Institutional level exchange programmes
  Institutional level exchange programmes are based on the exchange agreements signed between CityU and partner institutions. 
• College-level exchange programmes
  College level exchange programmes are based on the exchange agreements signed between College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and partner institutions.
• Departmental-level exchange programmes
  Departmental level exchange programmes are based on the exchange agreements signed between departments and partner institutions.

Note: The selection at each level is implemented separately (i.e., institutional level first, then college level and finally departmental level).

None-PIA students wishing to apply for approval for PIA courses for credit transfer, please download and complete the attached form [here] and email to piaugexch@cityu.edu.hk with ‘non-pia ct application’ in the subject line. 

Please note that for environmental reasons we do not process paper applications and so also do not provide departmental chops. Once the form is submitted, please allow 7 working days for processing.
