We are delighted to introduce CityU farm’s ice cream to the CityU community. This delectable treat is crafted from fresh, high-quality milk produced by our very own Jersey cows at CityU farm. To celebrate this occasion, a launch ceremony was held on Valentine's Day, attended by Dean Vanessa Barrs, CityU staff and students. The presence of love on this special day infused the atmosphere with an even greater sense of joy and happiness.
As a delightful by-product of teaching veterinary medicine, the milk used in the ice cream is sustainably produced and sourced from CityU farm, and lovingly managed by our veterinary farm manager Dr. Eryl Done.
