Moving

Description

The General Supporting Services (GSS) Unit is mainly responsible for manual lifting and moving services for office purposes such as relocation of furniture, office appliances, goods etc., except for laboratory equipment.

Service Hours

Monday to Friday:0830 - 1700
Saturday:0900 - 1200
Sunday and General Holiday:Closed

Service Charge

Service charge is required for official requests beyond office hours.

Regulations or Guidelines

• Advance notice (at least three working days) for work request is required.
• Notice stands are provided on a first-come first-served basis. Not more than 5 pieces of A4 or A3 size of notice stands are provided for each departmental function.
