Intelligent Building Services

Description

The Intelligent Building Services (IBS) Unit is responsible for :-

• Provision and supervision of daily repair and maintenance services to be carried out by contractors for intelligent building equipment and systems including Centralized Network Management, CCTV, Mobile Radio, Public Address, Smart Lock, Access Control, Satellite TV / Communal Aerial Broadcast Distribution System etc. on campus and residential quarters.
• Provision of technical advice / assistance to project team and user departments for new design and installation of intelligent building systems.
• Coordination and site supervision of contractors’ work on alteration, additions and improvements on any intelligent and related building systems.
