Congratulations to Prof. Guobin Zhu for his appointment as an Expert at the Expert Committee of the 15th Five-Year Plan for the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone
Professor Guobin Zhu, Director of Public Law and Human Rights Forum, has recently been appointed by the Shenzhen Qianhai Administration as an Expert at the Expert Committee of the 15th Five-Year Plan for the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone.
The Expert Committee is established by Shenzhen Qianhai Administration to provide expert advice and professional support for the implementation of the “15th Five-Year Plan”. The Committee plays an important role in advancing policy alignment and institutional connectivity in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone, with a view to deepening cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong and promoting high-quality development of Qianhai.

香港城市大學法律學院公法與人權論壇主任朱國斌教授近日獲深圳市前海管理局委任為前海深港現代服務業合作區「十五五」規劃專家委員會專家。
該專家委員會旨在為前海深港現代服務業合作區「十五五」規劃的實施提供專業意見與支持，在推動前海與香港在制度和政策層面的融合、深化深港合作，以及促進前海高質量發展方面發揮重要作用。
