Intermediaries in Commercial Law Conference

Over 10 and 11 June 2021, a total of 16 papers were presented at the Intermediaries in Commercial Law Conference, the first in a biennial series of conferences on different aspects of commercial law. The Hong Kong Commercial and Maritime Law Centre of CityU School of Law was a co-organiser of this conference series. Prof TAN Cheng-Han chaired a session and Prof Alexander LOKE and WAN Wai Yee from CityU presented papers. Others who presented papers included academics from Cambridge, Duke, Edinburgh, LSE, Melbourne, Notre Dame, NUS, Oxford, Reading, SMU, Sydney and Warwick.
