Congratulation to SKLMP for its designation as RCOE and a member of the PNLC

Congratulation to SKLMP to become a member of the PEMSEA Network of Learning Centers and designation as a PEMSEA Regional Center of Excellence in Marine Pollution. An online signing ceremony was successfully held on 13/9. SKLMP will support the region to achieve "clean oceans".
