Phase diagram of infinite layer praseodymium nickelate Pr1−xSrxNiO2 thin films

The phase diagram of an additional family of nickelate superconductors (Pr_1-xSr_xNiO₂) has been discovered, which marks the first step towards establishing a more generic superconducting phase diagram of the nickelates enriched with many exotic properties and intriguing physics. The findings indicate an infinite layer nickelate phase diagram that is relatively insensitive to the rare-earth element but suggest that disorder arising from the variations of the ionic radii on the rare-earth site affects the superconducting dome.
