ThermoShield Tech
Health monitoring and thermal runaway warning of electric vehicle battery system
ThermoShield Tech aims to enhance the safety and reliability of lithium-ion batteries used in electric vehicles. Addressing the risk of thermal failure, the project applies lab-verified methods to monitor battery health and detect thermal issues early. These methods—published in top SCI journals—offer high sensitivity, broad applicability, and a low cost solution for thermal risk management. By integrating them into real-world EV battery systems, ThermoShield Tech seeks to reduce safety incidents and extend battery lifespan.
